Hi, I’m Josh, founder of Story and Style Coaching. I believe that understanding people is the key to stronger relationships, better teamwork, and lasting connection—but too often, misunderstandings create unnecessary conflict. That’s why I help individuals, couples, businesses, and ministries uncover the deeper story behind personality dynamics, equipping them with the tools to communicate effectively and build meaningful relationships.

     With an undergraduate degree in Social Work and a Master's Degree in Education and Theology, I bring a unique perspective that blends coaching, teaching, and spiritual insight. My 20 years in ministry, including 15 years overseas leading culturally  diverse teams, along with experience in business, non-profits, and education, have given me firsthand knowledge of how different communication styles can either bring people together or create barriers. I am a Certified Life Coach (CLC) and a Certified Human Flourishing Coach (CHFC). My additional certifications as a Master Trainer for Livstyle as well as PREPARE/ENRICH further enhance my ability to guide clients toward stronger, more fulfilling relationships. 

     As an organizational coach, a ministry leader, a husband, and a father, I know the challenges of keeping relationships solid, both at home and in the workplace. And I know how discouraging it is when differences in personalities, perspectives, and styles of communication tear people apart.

     But in my 20 years of ministry in both churches and Non-profits, and 15 years of leading diverse teams overseas, I’ve gained the experience needed to turn those barriers into bridges.
